Sr. Technical Project Manager (Java/.NET)

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions built on Java and .NET technologies. You will coordinate customer proposals and statements of work, drive new business development efforts, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational processes and methodologies. You will manage customer relationships and expectations, identify and mitigate engagement risks, and collaborate with Account Managers to resolve issues. The role involves creating revenue and resource forecasts, developing comprehensive project plans with time estimates and quality measures, and defining criteria for deliverability, performance, maintenance, and costs. You will also analyze client processes, propose innovative solutions and workflows, and deliver regular engagement reports. A strong understanding of Agile methodology, HLD/LLD, code reviews, and P&L management at the project or account level is expected. Experience leveraging generative AI to improve productivity in project delivery is also required.
