Associate Renewals Manager New
The Associate Renewals Manager owns and executes a portfolio of renewal contracts within an assigned territory. You will develop and implement win/win negotiation strategies for small account contract renewals that maximize contract value while protecting customer trust. Key responsibilities include partnering with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to drive every renewal to completion. You will work to minimize financial attrition, lock in favorable terms, and identify growth opportunities through up-sells, cross-sells, and add-ons. The role requires maintaining and updating a rolling 120-day forecast of your territory, clearly communicating attrition risks, and taking proactive steps to mitigate them. You will also identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and manage the end-to-end renewals process. Adherence to internal best practices around opportunity management, data quality, quotations, and forecasting is essential. This position demands strong process management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions efficiently.
