As a Commerce Cloud Success Architect, you will serve as a subject matter expert driving success for enterprise customers leveraging Salesforce's B2B Commerce Cloud product portfolio. You will engage with Signature Success Plan customers through a high-velocity advisory model across multiple concurrent engagements, providing strategic consultation on technical architecture, DevOps, performance optimization, and solution design specific to B2B Commerce including Cloudcraze.

You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences ranging from technical stakeholders to executive leadership. The role involves identifying capability gaps and recommending standard product enhancements or creative custom solutions to maximize customer adoption and success. You will evaluate technical architectures, optimize performance, and design scalable solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Strong relationship building is critical as you will collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and partners on initiatives that contribute to broader organizational goals. You will provide proactive and reactive architecture guidance, solution strategy, thought leadership, and product expertise to the broader Cloud Success organization.
