Senior Success Guide - Mulesoft New
As a Senior MuleSoft Success Guide, you will serve as a trusted subject-matter expert, driving successful outcomes for strategic enterprise customers by leveraging your technical expertise in integration, automation, and AI. You will provide 1:1 guidance and coaching to help customers maximize the value of their MuleSoft engagement and adopt features that best fit their unique business needs.
Your responsibilities include engaging with Premier and Signature customers both reactively and proactively to enable, advise, and optimize their current MuleSoft usage. You will run engagements aligned with MuleSoft product capabilities, tailoring conversations to customer-specific needs and opportunities. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential, as is driving thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
You will help bolster customers' knowledge of the MuleSoft platform, translate technical concepts and solutions into tangible business value and ROI, and collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams. This role requires working in AMER EST time shift on a permanent basis, so flexibility with shift timings is expected.
Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience in the technology industry, hands-on experience with MuleSoft or other middleware/integration technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proactive self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely.
