Senior Success Guide-Onboarding Service Cloud New
As a Senior Success Guide for Onboarding, you will warmly welcome the newest Salesforce Premier customers post-sale before they begin the implementation process, ensuring a positive initial experience and achievement of business objectives. This role focuses on helping customers achieve rapid time to value while building a strong knowledge foundation for future growth with Service Cloud and the broader Salesforce Platform.
You will act as a trusted advisor during the onboarding phase, enabling pre-implementation readiness and guiding initial onboarding conversations. Responsibilities include becoming a subject-matter expert for Service Cloud, delivering virtual 1:1 engagements to educate and empower customers, and using consulting skills to uncover initial business use cases and objectives. You will provide relevant recommendations specific to each customer's business needs and create tailor-made Success Paths detailing steps to ensure business objectives are met.
Building positive relationships with both internal and external business partners and contributing to broader goals and growth is expected. You will actively leverage and contribute to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the community. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, results-oriented, and agile in a dynamic environment, comfortable navigating conversations with stakeholders at all levels from Administrators to C-suite executives.
