About the Role

As a Data Cloud Success Architect, you will serve as a trusted subject-matter expert on Salesforce Data Cloud for the broader Success Architect organization, including its relationship to AI-driven outcomes. You will engage directly with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies covering technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design specific to Data Cloud.

Your responsibilities include identifying capability gaps and recommending solutions through standard product features or creative customizations, facilitating and influencing executive stakeholders by aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI. You will run engagement playbooks tailored to Data Cloud customers' unique needs and opportunities, and build strong relationships with internal and external business partners.

Data Cloud powers seamless integration with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds for Customer 360 use cases, enabling unified customer data, AI-driven marketing automation, personalized engagement, and predictive insights. It also serves as the foundation for Agentforce, enabling real-time intelligent decision-making through centralized and harmonized enterprise data.

Candidates must have at least 2 Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI implementation lifecycles, a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in data and analytics, and the ability to drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing. This role directly impacts customer success, technical optimization, and the growth of Salesforce's Data Cloud practice.
