Operations Analyst (Resource Management) New
As a Resource Manager for the Professional Services Global Delivery Center (GDC), you will be a strategic partner to project teams, driving the end-to-end staffing lifecycle. You will balance GDC demand with internal capacity, ensuring maximum utilization while maintaining a high bar for customer success and consultant growth.
Key responsibilities include managing the full staffing lifecycle from resource request validation to final allocation, monitoring your assigned practice's bench and pipeline, and proactively identifying potential shortfalls while suggesting internal or global alternatives. You will lead staffing meetings with GDC stakeholders, providing data-backed and forward-looking narratives on bench health and utilization.
You will negotiate staffing trade-offs between competing projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and escalate complex conflicts to the Team Lead. Maintaining absolute accuracy in backend systems (Org62/FinancialForce) to ensure single source of truth reporting is critical. You will review upcoming closures and renewals, ensure start dates align to capacity, and assign consultants to projects based on skillsets, experience, and availability.
The role requires the ability to navigate matrix ways of working, influence stakeholders toward consensus in high-pressure situations, and identify bottlenecks in staffing workflows while collaborating with the team to implement innovative solutions that increase speed to staff.
