About the Role

As a Senior Success Guide for Data Cloud and Agentforce at Salesforce, you will serve as a trusted subject-matter expert helping strategic customers achieve successful outcomes by leveraging data, analytics, and AI capabilities. Data Cloud is the foundation of Agentforce, enabling real-time intelligent decision-making by centralizing and harmonizing enterprise data, and you will need to speak intelligently to both products.

Your responsibilities include engaging with Premier and Signature customers both reactively and proactively to enable, advise, and optimize their Data Cloud and Agentforce usage. You will run tailored engagements aligned with product capabilities, deliver 1:1 Success Requests and Expert Coaching Sessions, and act as a trusted advisor. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential, along with driving thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

This role blends technical expertise with business acumen, allowing you to coach customers on best practices across both platforms. Your guidance will directly influence product adoption quality, customer satisfaction, and return on investment. You will collaborate with Success Managers, Account Executives, and Support teams to help customers reach their business goals and drive measurable product adoption.
