Senior Onboarding Specialist (Salesforce CPQ/Industry Cloud exp Mandatory) New
Salesforce is hiring a Senior Onboarding Specialist to accelerate the initial time-to-value for new customers using Salesforce CPQ and Industry Cloud products. You will be the customer's first point of contact post-sale, welcoming them into the Salesforce ecosystem and delivering virtual 1:1 engagements that educate and empower customers to achieve business value using the Salesforce Customer 360 suite.
Your core responsibilities include using consulting skills to uncover initial business use cases and objectives, providing relevant recommendations specific to each customer's business needs, and creating tailor-made Success Paths detailing steps to meet their business objectives. You will build positive relationships with internal and external partners, contribute to the team's knowledge base, and navigate conversations with stakeholders at all levels from administrators to C-suite.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience helping customers achieve full business potential through technology, with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Industry Cloud products or Revenue Cloud Advanced. Strong business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, consultative engagement experience, and the ability to work independently under pressure are essential. Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certifications are advantageous.
