Lead Solution Engineer - Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT)

As a Lead Solution Engineer for the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) vertical, you will act as a strategic architect of digital transformation for leading global TMT companies. You will lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and demonstrations for enterprise customers, translating high-level business goals into actionable technical architectures. Partnering with Account Executives, you will navigate complex territories, respond to RFPs, and develop winning strategies for high-value deals. You will design and deliver compelling proof-of-concept solutions and "Day in the Life" storytelling demonstrations that resonate with C-suite executives. The role requires designing end-to-end solutions tailored to TMT-specific business processes such as subscriber management, content monetization, network operations, and media workflows. You will mentor junior Solution Engineers, share best practices in storytelling and value-based selling, and build relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between the field and Product/Engineering teams, construct sophisticated business cases and ROI analyses, and contribute thought leadership through events, webinars, and blogs.
