As a Security Consultant specializing in Intelligence & Operations at IBM Consulting, you will help client IT teams understand and address critical security issues, exposures, and vulnerabilities. You will develop and recommend effective security strategies, programs, plans, and mitigation measures by applying security principles and counter-threat intelligence. Your role involves enhancing clients' security posture through proactive threat hunting and intelligence-driven defense strategies. You will clearly communicate IBM's Security Intelligence and Operations Center (SIOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) perspectives, including their financial implications. You will leverage hands-on experience with tools like QRadar to analyze and mitigate various cyber threats, and work closely with client IT teams to understand their security needs and deliver tailored security solutions. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
