Package Consultant-Workday Recruiting

As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Recruiting at IBM Consulting, you will implement and support cloud-based recruiting solutions for a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough fit analyses to determine the best implementation approach, gathering detailed client requirements, and designing and configuring the Workday Recruiting system to align with those needs.
