Package Consultant-Workday Integrations

You will work as a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Integrations, responsible for implementing and supporting the integration of Workday with other software systems. Your role involves leading the end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of integrations to meet client business requirements, ensuring seamless data exchange between Workday and external platforms. You will write, unit test, and roll out integration code adhering to best practices and quality standards. Post-implementation, you will provide ongoing support and maintenance, addressing any issues that arise to ensure integrations continue to function as expected. Effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. Familiarity with the Workday platform architecture, data structures, APIs, integration protocols, and scripting languages such as XML or JSON is expected.
