Lead Data Scientist

Lead end-to-end AI and Machine Learning initiatives covering the full lifecycle from business problem understanding and data exploration through to model development, validation, and production deployment. Provide technical leadership to the data science team by reviewing models, guiding architecture decisions, enforcing best practices, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. Design and develop advanced analytics solutions such as predictive modeling, NLP applications, clustering, recommendation systems, graph analytics, and optimization techniques to address complex industry challenges. Build scalable ML pipelines, implement MLOps practices, ensure data security and compliance, and deploy solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. This is a senior leadership role requiring around 10+ years of experience, strong proficiency in Python, SQL, ML/DL frameworks, Big Data tools like Spark, and deep knowledge of advanced NLP concepts including Transformers and LLMs, unsupervised learning, graph algorithms, and statistical modeling. Experience with Agile environments, proposal and RFP preparation, POC/MVP development, and high-impact stakeholder communication is expected.
