Senior Data Scientist

Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML and NLP solutions, spanning problem definition, data exploration, model development, validation, and production deployment. Design and optimize predictive, deep learning, and generative AI models including LLM and RAG-based solutions tailored to business and industry needs. Build scalable ML pipelines following MLOps best practices, enabling CI/CD workflows, model monitoring, and deployment on cloud or on-premise environments. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and reusable AI assets. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of hands-on data science experience with strong expertise in Python, SQL, and ML/DL frameworks. A solid foundation in predictive modeling, NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis and text classification, deep learning architectures, and exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines is required. Experience with cloud platforms and data visualization tools is also expected.
