AMS Solution Architect

Lead end-to-end solutioning for large-scale, multi-tower IT outsourcing deals (TCV > US$30Mn) covering Application Management, Infrastructure, and related services. Translate client RFPs into winning, differentiated proposals by leveraging organizational capabilities and crafting compelling solution narratives. Design delivery models, governance frameworks, staffing plans, SLAs, transformation roadmaps, and commercial structures for complex outsourcing engagements. Drive proposal responses, estimation efforts, and BAFO (Best and Final Offer) support while collaborating with global teams of 200+ staff across geographies. Ensure high win rates and utilization targets, and contribute to solution industrialization, reusable assets, and team knowledge sharing. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to handle competitive benchmarking, pricing models, and multi-country delivery models for Application Development and Management RFPs.
