Advise automotive clients on key domains such as Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), engineering transformation, PLM, connected vehicles, telematics, and infotainment system development. Deliver strategic market insights, perform need-gap analysis, and design tailored solutions aligned with client goals and project scope. Lead and implement large-scale engineering transformation programs in vehicle software development, including validation and testing approaches such as Virtual ECUs, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL). Develop assets, accelerators, and thought leadership on emerging automotive trends including Digital Twins, Agile PLM transformation, IoT, simulation, Gen AI, sustainability, and software-driven transformation. Conduct proof-of-concepts and contribute to software solution development using Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to drive iterative development and faster delivery. Bring strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud platforms, connected services (V2X, OTA, DLCM), and compliance standards like ISO 26262, cybersecurity, and ASPICE.
