Lead offshore data conversion efforts for Guidewire Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with the overall migration strategy. Collaborate with onshore teams to understand legacy system architecture, data models, and business requirements. Analyze legacy data and perform profiling to identify gaps and transformation needs for Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. Design and implement ETL workflows and staging databases to support data migration. Develop and validate data mapping and transformation rules in coordination with business analysts and subject matter experts. Create detailed design, architecture, and process documentation, and oversee deployment planning. Coordinate with offshore teams, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of migration components. Ensure data quality through rigorous profiling, cleansing, and validation processes. Utilize Guidewire Cloud APIs and services to support seamless data integration.
