Senior Data Architect New
As a Senior Data Architect, you will develop and maintain the organization's overall data architecture strategy, designing high-performance solutions spanning Big Data, Relational, NoSQL, and OLAP platforms. You will lead the architecture and development of data warehouses and business intelligence platforms while defining and implementing data modeling standards and best practices.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards, championing data quality and consistency across all systems. This includes implementing metadata management, data lineage tracking, and master data management frameworks.
Collaboration is a key aspect of this role — you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives, provide technical thought leadership, and mentor junior data professionals. You will also coordinate with application development teams for data sourcing and integration efforts.
The ideal candidate brings strong proficiency in SQL Server/Synapse, Analysis Services/Power BI, ETL tools such as Data Factory, data modeling, and data warehousing. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or GCP is required, and Python scripting skills are a plus.
