As a Data Business Analyst, you will use design thinking and a consultative approach to define innovative data solutions for complex business problems. Your responsibilities include participating in requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis, documenting detailed business requirements, and developing functional specifications and solution designs. You will build and manage BI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik and gather insights to improve business decision-making. The role spans the full data lifecycle, including building and managing business data lakes, ingesting data streams, supporting AI transformation through use case creation, and contributing to the development of machine learning and predictive models. You will work closely with solution architects to define target solutions and collaborate with Product, IT, Data Engineering, and Business teams to ensure alignment between technical and business priorities. A strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and enterprise data governance principles is required. Experience in defining KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure the business impact of data initiatives is expected, along with hands-on knowledge of SQL, cloud ecosystems (GCP/AWS/Azure), and Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Domain knowledge across industries such as FMCG, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Telecom is highly valued.
