Enterprise BA

As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you will use design thinking and a consultative approach to conceive cutting-edge technology solutions for business problems. You will lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions, and document business processes, functional specifications, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. In Agile environments, you will manage and refine backlogs, support sprint planning, and facilitate demos. Collaboration with technical teams on migration projects, integrations, and solution design is a core part of the role. You may also act as a Product Owner or Project Manager when needed, managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Maintaining governance and documentation in JIRA and Confluence, facilitating business conversations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment to business objectives are key expectations. Supporting risk and dependency tracking, change control, and release readiness rounds out the role. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 10+ years of BA/PO/PM experience with strong technical writing skills for BRD, FSD, and non-functional requirement documents, familiarity with APIs, data migration, and system integrations, and deep domain knowledge in areas like AI, Automotive, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or FMCG.
