Gen AI

This role focuses on designing and developing innovative Generative AI and Agentic solutions to address real-world business challenges. You will collaborate with stakeholders to architect effective AI solutions tailored to specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Key responsibilities include hands-on coding and development of AI models and algorithms using the latest tools in the Gen AI landscape. You will lead the creation of solutions spanning business workflow automation, content generation, data augmentation, conversational agents, document processing, and personalization. The role involves building prototypes showcasing Gen AI capabilities, integrating AI solutions into existing enterprise systems, and working closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams. Staying current with emerging trends and best practices in Generative AI to continuously improve development processes and solution architectures is expected. A strong background in LLM frameworks, deep learning, and deploying solutions on cloud hyper-scalers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is required.
