This role involves architecting and designing OpenText xECM solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance. You will develop and maintain architectural documentation, design blueprints, and technical specifications for all xECM implementations. A key responsibility is leading the integration of OpenText xECM with core enterprise systems such as SAP, SharePoint, and others. You will proactively identify and resolve technical issues during and after implementations while optimizing system performance. The role also includes guiding project teams through solution design, technical decisions, and ensuring alignment with ECM best practices. Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Java, .NET, or ABAP for custom solution development is expected, along with strong knowledge of database management systems like SQL Server and Oracle.
