ServiceNow ITAM Developer

Implement and configure SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and SaaS Management modules to support the end-to-end IT Asset Management (ITAM) lifecycle on the ServiceNow platform. Develop robust automations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scoped Applications. Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Procurement, and external tools such as SCCM, JAMF, Intune, and Flexera. Design and manage data ingestion pipelines including normalization, reconciliation, deduplication, and data quality controls. Configure and optimize software license compliance covering entitlements, license models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM), PURL/PRD rules, reconciliation jobs, and true-ups. Ensure audit readiness through reclamation policies and proactive license management. Requires strong proficiency in ServiceNow development with JavaScript, UI Policies, and integration via transform maps and MID Server across Azure and AWS environments.
