PRE Sales Data Privacy

This pre-sales role within Capgemini Invent's Data-driven FRC track focuses on data privacy advisory and go-to-market support. You will leverage strong knowledge of global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, PDPL, LGPD, and the DPDP Act, with hands-on implementation experience in at least one of these frameworks. You will collaborate with Privacy, Legal, and Information Security teams to identify data-processing risks, conduct assessments, and develop regulatory-aligned templates. A key responsibility is assessing an organization's current data privacy posture and creating roadmaps to enhance privacy compliance maturity. The role also involves business analysis—preferably in Financial Services—conceptualizing and leading the development of consulting solutions, assets, and pre-sales or GTM collateral. You will create visually compelling presentations and engage in customer-facing engagements including demonstrations, quick prototyping, and proof-of-concept creation. The ability to rapidly grasp new technologies and drive execution in a dynamic environment is essential.
