Test Architect
As a Test Architect at Fractal, you will define and drive the overall test strategy and quality assurance framework across projects and products. You will be responsible for designing scalable test architectures, selecting appropriate testing tools and frameworks, and establishing best practices for automated and manual testing. The role involves evaluating application architectures to identify testing needs, creating comprehensive test plans, and mentoring QA engineers on test design patterns and automation techniques. You will work closely with development and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous quality. Additionally, you will lead performance testing, security testing, and API testing efforts while driving quality metrics and reporting across the organization.
