Lead Consultant- Data Governance

As a Lead Consultant in Data Governance at Fractal, you will be responsible for defining and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across the organization and for clients. You will lead efforts to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance by establishing metadata management practices, data lineage tracking, and data cataloging initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including data engineering, analytics, and business teams to drive adoption of governance best practices. You will also assess current data maturity levels, identify gaps, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement. Additionally, you will mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership in the data governance space.
