Architect

As an Architect at Fractal, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance technology solutions that support analytics and AI-driven products. You will define the overall system architecture, establish technical standards, and ensure alignment between business requirements and technology implementations. The role requires evaluating emerging technologies and frameworks to recommend best-fit solutions for complex enterprise challenges. You will work closely with engineering teams to guide development practices, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance benchmarks. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into robust architectural blueprints and mentor engineers on design patterns and best practices.
