Full Stack Architect

As a Full Stack Architect at Fractal, you will lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance web applications and platforms that power AI and analytics solutions. You will define technology standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across the full stack including frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. The role requires mentoring engineering teams, conducting design reviews, and ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical designs. Additionally, you will evaluate emerging technologies, drive proof-of-concepts, and make build-vs-buy decisions to accelerate delivery.
