Principal Software Maintenance Engineer

As a Principal Software Maintenance Engineer at Red Hat, you will lead efforts in maintaining and sustaining Red Hat's enterprise software products, ensuring long-term reliability and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include triaging, diagnosing, and resolving complex software defects across multiple product versions, as well as developing and applying patches to production environments. You will work closely with development, QE, and support teams to prioritize critical fixes and drive resolution of high-impact issues.
