Principal Machine Learning Engineer- GenAi/LLM, AgenticAI, MCP, Python/Golang

As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Red Hat, you will spearhead the development of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, including agentic AI systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations. You will design and build advanced ML pipelines, fine-tune and deploy LLMs at scale, and develop agentic AI frameworks that enable autonomous reasoning and task execution. Responsibilities include architecting end-to-end ML systems using Python and Golang, driving innovation in GenAI product features, evaluating and integrating state-of-the-art models, and establishing engineering best practices for LLM-based applications. You will collaborate closely with product and research teams, contribute to open-source projects, and provide technical leadership to engineering teams working on next-generation AI capabilities.
