Principal Machine Learning Engineer

As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Red Hat, you will lead the design and development of advanced machine learning systems and platforms that power intelligent solutions across Red Hat's product ecosystem. You will architect scalable ML pipelines, develop and deploy production-grade models, and drive innovation in areas such as natural language processing, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics. This role involves close collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate research into robust, scalable solutions. You will mentor junior engineers, establish ML engineering best practices, and contribute to open-source ML tooling and frameworks. You are expected to stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and evaluate their applicability to Red Hat's business challenges and product offerings.
