Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Thomson Reuters, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems and services. You will design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions, build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems, and develop automation to reduce manual operational overhead. You will collaborate closely with software engineering teams to improve system architecture, conduct incident response and root cause analysis, and drive improvements in deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows. The role involves capacity planning, performance tuning, and establishing SLOs/SLIs to maintain service-level commitments. You will also champion best practices in observability, resilience engineering, and infrastructure-as-code across the organization.
