R&D Engineer SW Quality

As an R&D Software Quality Engineer at Broadcom, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing strategies and quality assurance processes. You will design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and stability. The role requires close collaboration with development teams to identify defects early in the development cycle and drive resolution. You will contribute to building and maintaining test automation frameworks, perform regression testing, and analyze test results to provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will help define quality metrics, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to software quality standards across the product lifecycle.
