About the Role
Lead the design and delivery of scalable data engineering and analytics solutions that support business intelligence and strategic decision-making across the organization. Architect and build robust data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data lake/warehouse solutions using modern cloud-based and big data technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex analytical requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights. Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery quality. Drive adoption of best practices in data modeling, data governance, and platform optimization to support enterprise-wide analytics capabilities.
