As a Consultant in the Internal Audit and Controls team, you will conduct end-to-end internal audits spanning planning, execution, and reporting across multiple business units and locations. You will understand clients' businesses to define and align audit programs, lead process discussions, perform audit procedures per defined standards, and validate observations with client process owners before drafting comprehensive audit reports. Additionally, you will lead internal controls uplift and transformation projects, performing risk assessments to identify material entities and controls, conducting gap assessments through workshops and process discovery sessions, and designing or transforming controls in line with identified gaps and system changes. You will also lead control walkthroughs, review documentation to assess design and operating effectiveness, and prepare summary reports with recommendations and testing results.
