Associate Director

As an Associate Director supporting the KIG Insurance Sector Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of the sector business plan. Approximately 30% of your time will be spent autonomously managing sector calls, building relationships across EMA and Global teams, driving collaboration, identifying corridor opportunities, and increasing understanding of client needs and KPMG capabilities across the region. Another 30% will focus on supporting priority and growth accounts by preparing for key account calls, gathering data and insights, developing joint business plans with alliance partners, and maximizing cross-functional service delivery. You will also dedicate 20% of your time to being the voice in the market — tracking regulatory developments, driving creation of webinars and white papers on key sector themes, and promoting priority solutions. The remaining 20% involves budget monitoring, reporting, and convening annual meetings to review sector performance and pipeline metrics.
