AI QRM Sr. Manager

As a Senior Manager in the Quality and Risk Management team supporting KPMG's Delivery Network, you will lead AI Security and Risk Management efforts. Your primary responsibility is ensuring all AI initiatives comply with internal policies and global standards while operating safely. You will develop security policies tailored to AI, including risk frameworks to protect AI solutions, and execute a comprehensive AI security strategy aligned with business goals and regulations. You will apply secure-by-design principles in AI/ML models to prevent adversarial attacks, reduce bias, and mitigate data poisoning. The role requires identifying AI-specific threats such as model inversion and prompt injection, performing threat modeling and security assessments on AI prototypes, and providing guidance on zero-trust architecture and secure MLOps practices. On the compliance side, you will develop a global AI risk management framework, establish approval and legal review workflows for AI projects, implement secure AI lifecycle management addressing risks like model poisoning and data breaches, and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other international regulations. You will also coordinate with internal teams to submit compliance documentation and complete risk assessments before deployment.
