As a Software Architect at the Manager level within KPMG's KDNI (Digital Nexus and Innovation) practice, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of complex software solutions for enterprise clients. You will define technical strategy, establish architectural standards, and guide development teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms, creating architectural blueprints and technical documentation, and conducting architecture reviews to ensure alignment with best practices. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
The role also involves mentoring and guiding development teams, driving adoption of modern engineering practices such as microservices, cloud-native development, and DevOps, and contributing to pre-sales and proposal activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring solution quality, scalability, and maintainability across multiple projects.
