Senior Motion Graphic Designer

As a Senior Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a central role in video creation and editing aligned with brand guidelines for the Luxembourg market. You will produce creative and comprehensive layouts and designs for marketing collateral, proposals, and client deliverables. The role focuses on conceptualization, prototyping, and production of video deliverables based on global brand standards. Key responsibilities include collaborating with team members to brainstorm ideas for motion graphic projects, creating visually appealing animations, transitions, and effects using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, and developing storyboards to outline visual narratives. You will design assets such as illustrations, icons, and graphics essential for animations, manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery, and conduct quality checks to ensure error-free outputs. The role requires adapting designs based on client and team feedback, troubleshooting technical issues during the animation process, ensuring brand consistency across deliverables, and testing motion graphics across various platforms and devices for compatibility. Staying current with industry trends and new design techniques is also expected.
