SAP CFIN- Manager

This Manager-level role focuses on leading SAP functional teams through S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, specifically around SAP Central Finance (CFIN). You will conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and translate their needs into SAP configurations and solution designs. A key part of the role involves ensuring seamless integration across multiple SAP modules including FI, MM, PP, SD, and EAM while driving automation and process optimization aligned with industry best practices. You will manage project timelines, oversee Fit-GAP analyses, coordinate testing phases, and support go-live activities. The position also requires mentoring functional consultants and assistant managers, coordinating with technical teams on RICEFW objects, and ensuring compliance with governance policies. Designing dashboards and management reports for decision-making insights is also expected. Candidates should have at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations and strong expertise in SAP Activate methodology.
