CyberArk L3 Assistant Manager

This role involves providing advanced Level 3 support and administration of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining CyberArk components including Vault, PSM, CPM, PVWA, and related modules. The position requires troubleshooting complex issues escalated from L1 and L2 teams, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design and integrate CyberArk solutions with enterprise applications and infrastructure. As an Assistant Manager, you will also mentor junior team members, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to security best practices in privileged access management.
