Saviynt/SailPoint L3 Consultant

This role requires an experienced Identity Governance (IGA) specialist to provide Level 3 support for Saviynt and SailPoint platforms in a managed services environment. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams, designing and integrating IGA solutions with critical applications such as Active Directory, Azure, ServiceNow, SAP, and REST-based systems. Key responsibilities include application onboarding covering provisioning and de-provisioning, implementing birthright provisioning, configuring workflows, setting up Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies, and managing access certification campaigns. You will design API calls using tools like Postman for REST application integrations, monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Active participation in client calls, close collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors, and strong documentation skills are essential for this position.
