This senior leadership role involves end-to-end ownership of SAP SuccessFactors implementations across multiple modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, and Compensation. You will plan, execute, test, and deploy these modules while overseeing data migration and integrations with payroll, ERP, and other enterprise systems to ensure data integrity.
You will lead and mentor project teams and HRIS analysts, serving as a trusted advisor to senior business and HR leaders to facilitate executive-level decisions. Responsibilities include conducting fit-gap analysis, leading solution design workshops, configuring the system to meet business requirements, and defining security models covering roles, permissions, segregation of duties, and access governance.
The role requires establishing HRIS governance frameworks, managing policies, audit readiness, release schedules, and change controls. You will drive change management processes including user training, communications, and adoption strategies. Post-go-live, you will provide Hypercare support and manage ongoing production tickets and system enhancements.
You will develop dashboards and advanced reports using SuccessFactors Story Reports or SAP Analytics Cloud, leveraging workforce analytics to inform HR decisions and business optimization. Additionally, you will liaise with system integrators and internal IT teams for seamless technical integrations, stay current on new SuccessFactors releases, and recommend process optimizations, automation, and best practices.
