Associate Director - SAP Datasphere and SAC New
This senior technical leadership role focuses on defining and implementing enterprise data architecture using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives. You will lead the integration of heterogeneous data sources, both SAP and non-SAP, ensuring data consistency and security across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with business units to identify data requirements and deliver scalable solutions for reporting and advanced analytics. A key part of the role involves establishing governance frameworks for data quality, metadata management, and compliance, while driving adoption of SAP Datasphere capabilities including data virtualization, semantic modeling, and federated queries.
The position requires managing relationships with SAP and technology partners to ensure alignment with best practices and product roadmaps. You will provide technical leadership for cloud-based data solutions and their integration with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Mentoring data architects and engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement is also expected.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere implementation and optimization, a background in enterprise analytics and semantic modeling, and exposure to AI/ML-driven data insights and predictive analytics across hybrid cloud environments.
