KDNI - Test Manager
As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall testing efforts across projects within KPMG's digital and technology practice. You will define test strategies, plans, and frameworks to ensure quality delivery of software solutions. The role involves coordinating with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and establish comprehensive test coverage. You will oversee test execution, manage defect lifecycles, and provide regular quality metrics and status reports to leadership. Additionally, you will mentor and guide testing teams, drive continuous improvement in testing processes, and evaluate testing tools and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
