NodeJS Full Stack Engineer - Associate Consultant

As a NodeJS Full Stack Engineer, you will be an individual contributor within KPMG's Engineering service line, building software solutions tailored to client needs. Your primary responsibilities include developing scalable backend services using Node.js with Express.js or Nest.js, and building responsive, dynamic front-end interfaces using Angular or React. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define software specifications, and integrate applications with external services, APIs, and databases. Ensuring code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting is a core expectation. You will also explore and evaluate Generative AI techniques for potential integration into existing software systems. The role requires strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, modern front-end technologies, and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
