Senior Analyst - Bid Writer/Proposal Writer (Bid Management)

As a Senior Analyst in Bid Management at KPMG, you will be responsible for writing and managing bids and proposals for consulting engagements. You will work closely with practice leaders and subject matter experts to craft compelling, high-quality proposal documents that effectively communicate KPMG's value propositions and service offerings to prospective clients.

Your responsibilities include analyzing RFP/RFI requirements, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to gather relevant content, drafting and editing proposal narratives, and ensuring submissions are compliant with client specifications and deadlines. You will maintain proposal databases and knowledge repositories, develop reusable content and templates, and continuously improve bid management processes. The role requires strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
