Executive-KDNI

In this role, you will support engagement and pursuit teams across every stage of the bid lifecycle, including RFI, RFP, presentations, and contracting. You will manage and coordinate multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met effectively. You will be responsible for drafting and maintaining pursuit plans with clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and workstream assignments. Scheduling regular cadence calls and status updates with stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will develop expertise in deal qualification, win strategy, pricing, and review processes, while facilitating brainstorming sessions around value propositions, win themes, storyboarding, and competitor analysis. Collaborating with onshore and internal teams, you will draft client-facing collaterals such as proposals, kick-off documents, storyboards, and presentation materials. You will also create compliant and compelling first-draft responses based on RFP requirements and work with multiple stakeholders to refine them. Additionally, you will contribute to setting up content repositories, improving operational and compliance processes, and leveraging collaboration tools and emerging technologies like generative AI to enhance pursuit workflows.
