KDNI - Manager PMO - GMS

As a Manager in the Global Mobility Services (GMS) PMO team, you will work under GMS leadership and with lead member firm partners to oversee global client engagements. Your primary responsibility is to ensure ongoing client satisfaction through seamless global coordination as part of the GEMS network. You will build and strengthen coordination and billing capabilities of the GMS team, providing effective solutions to clients' tax and non-tax mobility issues. You will act as the face of the firm with key stakeholders, cultivating close professional relationships with local KPMG country teams across the globe. The role involves managing team performance, keeping leadership informed of engagement status, and staying composed in high-pressure situations. You will also focus on continuous improvement of global processes and technology, serving as a super-user and ambassador for KPMG LINK technology tools. A strong understanding of GMS processes including initiations, compliance management, and billing is essential. You will identify inefficiencies in client activities and propose effective solutions, while staying updated on technical developments in areas like taxation and social security. Training and developing successors and junior team members is also a key expectation.
